Tour was fantastic.  I love my friends. UK Claire was down here for her spring break last week, and all five of us Chancelors Californians got together at World Curry on Monday night.  It was such a blessing to see them all again!  Time has gone by so fast since our year in England.  Seeing them brings back such awesome memories.  And Amanda is engaged, yay!

Graduation is just around the corner, May 20th.  Then Hawaii three days later!  I'm so excited about the trip, I've never been.  Anyone who knows me well enough knows that I love water and being outside, and I think I may snorkle the entire time.  I'm going to to love it.  I'm going with my folks, and Emily and Richard.  I look forward to spending time with them, and Emily is supposed to be designing hikes and stuff for the three of us younger ones. 

As for life after the second Bachelor's, I haven't decided between the SDSU credential program and the San Diego Unified School District Internship credential program.  With the internship I'll be earning sooner, but I won't be free to choose any job with any district at the end of the year.  They will give me my own classroom, and their credential program is two years.  SDSU is just a year, and I'll be in two different classroom assignments under master teachers.  So I have some decisions to make. 

In other news I'm working on moving out. I'm looking at July, in time for the Lubsens to move in as they redo their house.  I plan to move to University Heights, a really central location that is close to the freeways and downtown.  Nothing is for sure yet, so we'll see...  but I look forward to being more independent again.  Yay.  Love to you and yours!  - jenny xx

Ah, birthdays.  Last year March 25 was a Friday's full moon over the Baltic Sea, with Jennie "Sweed" who is travelling around the world now.  This year was not as exotic, but the best in a long time.  It was a beautiful Saturday here, one of the warmest days in a while.  Neices came over earlty, and we rode bikes (I tried to blade, kinda rough) to Shelter Island with my sister Molly and the dads. Grandad bought Ella a tandem kiddie bike, here'a  photo from Friday:  she pedals!


Basically I spent time with people I genuinely care about, including on the phone with you Amanda Van!  Friday night we had the family dinner, on Saturday Chorus Line closed with a matinee that Sara and Wyatt came to, I got to hear what they saw and heard from the audience.  Leah met us and we had dinner at Rancho's in OB.  Sara gave us all tickets to the CMEA mass county choral concert at PLNU, which was adorable and inspiring, even with an unexpected feature of projectile vomiting, poor kid in the front row!  Then we watched Rent (thanks Mom), it was even better the second time around.
